Refund policy

The Customer must examine the merchandise within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order and report any defects or discrepancies to INNOVA TRIUM, SL (THE COMPANY).

If the merchandise has obvious defects or does not meet the specifications, the Customer must notify within 24 hours and return it for replacement at no additional cost.

THE COMPANY will not accept returns of reproducible, consumable, opened or tampered products, or those without their original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition.
  • Defective product, in which case it will be replaced in accordance with the Defective Products Act.
  • Failure to meet delivery deadlines by THE COMPANY.
  • Impossibility of delivery due to causes not attributable to THE COMPANY, in which case a redeemable voucher will be issued.


IMPORTANT! All products are intended for PROFESSIONAL USE in the Beauty sector. The COMPANY is not responsible for misuse.

If the Customer is not satisfied, they have 14 days from the invoice date to request a refund, provided that the product is in perfect condition with its original packaging and accessories.

Returns from the shipping address
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, a voucher redeemable for its value will be issued.

The COMPANY will assume the return costs only in cases of defects or incorrect shipments, reported within a maximum of 7 days from receipt.
